Long Haul Truck Driver
At F R C Transport, we provide you a positive work environment and hold our Long-Haul Truck Drivers in high regard as they are an integral part of our business. As a Long-Haul Truck Drivers, you will be performing the following duties:
- Drive in a convoy or two-person squad.
- Unload and load cargo.
- Driving and operating straight or articulating trucks to move materials and products.
- Watch the car’s state and look at the brakes, lights, tyres, and other equipment.
- Make brake changes.
- Make urgent roadside fixes.
- Oversee all parts of the vehicle and conduct pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections.
- Gather information and relay it to the central dispatcher Note the cargo details, service hours, travel distance, and fuel usage.
- Using tarps to protect and secure the goods.
- handling and moving dangerous products.
Wages:
- 29.00 hourly / 50 to 60 hours per Week
