Live Well Leeds is looking for a Partnership Lead to provide effective leadership and contract performance management across our delivery network of 13 organisations covering Leeds. You will be passionate about tackling health inequalities and have experience in engaging stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes for service users.
The role will also have line management responsibility for collocated staff within the Early Help Hubs. The post holder will work closely with both the voluntary sector and statutory stakeholders.
