We are currently looking for newly in the Field Agents and or Seasoned Agents that DESIRE quality leads and the BEST commission in the field. Our incoming Life Insurance & Mortgage Protection leads come weekly from individuals who respond to direct-mail and online ads. As an independent Life Insurance Sales Agent, you will help customers find a policy, get a quote, and complete an insurance application. It’s that simple!

Don’t have your license or have never been in sales before? No problem. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, we will train the right candidates FOR FREE!
Most of our Part time agents make between $50-100k their first year
Most of our Full time agents make between $100k+ their first year and beyond

Requirements:
Possess a current Life and Health Insurance Producer License (or ability to obtain one – we are willing to train the right person)
Legal resident of the United States of America
Ability to pass a background check (fingerprinting)
Ability to build rapport over the phone
Comfortable with meeting clients face to face or via zoom
Performance-driven, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
Confident, persuasive, positive attitude
Reliable transportation
