Freelance Legal Counsel
Job Description
ElevateFlex is currently working with a leading Global Private Equity firm who are seeking a 2 Lawyers to join them on a contract to work in the biggest growth engine at the firm. The ideal candidate will need to have extensive experience in negotiating distribution agreements. Immediate start.
The successful candidate will need to have the experience of being able to manage multiple agreements, products, customers – you will be marking up agreements, to negotiating with a customer in Europe, and then being agile / creative in your response to multiple customers.
The responsibilities of this role is best suited to a lawyer who has experience of liaising with end customers so need to have excellent communication skills.

Professional Qualifications:
- UK or Common Law Qualified Solicitor
- Ideally looking for experience of drafting and negotiating finance agreements (distribution agreements) and familiar with Securities 33 Act, understand the 40 Act, exposure to fund formation issues, etc.
