The Music Technology department at the Witney campus is a hive of creative and technical activity, boasting purpose-built studios and recording suites that are full of the latest digital tools and equipment. Our teaching and technician team are highly-skilled professionals who are passionate about sharing their expertise with our students, and equipping them with essential personal and professional skills to prepare them for the demands of working in this highly competitive industry.
We are seeking a dynamic music lecturer to join our successful team and help us to grow the performance aspect of our courses. You will be committed to student success, energetic, have excellent communication skills, and be a good team player. You will also have a background in music performance and production and be a confident user of industry standard software and technologies.
We are seeking the right individual to support our diverse and talented students in achieving their full potential, as well as expanding their awareness of the music performance and production industry. If you have experience of working in the music performance and production industry and/or teaching music, we would love to hear from you. More information can be offered by contacting the college.
This role may be eligible for the ‘Taking Teaching Further (TTF)’ programme, which supports industry professionals coming to teach in further education. The support which could be provided through the TTF programme includes enrolment on to a 2 year, Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training (DET) and an initial reduction in teaching workload
