Full-Time Learning Systems Administrator, Remote

Job Description

Aledade’s Practice Adoption team is actively recruiting a Learning Systems Administrator who will support the strategy, governance and day-to-day management of Aledade’s learning platforms to support the learning needs of our primary care practices.
The Learning Systems Administrator will serve as the subject matter expert for Aledade’s customer-facing learning management system and in-App overlay technology (Pendo) used to deliver learning resources directly to our practices.  You will also be responsible for learning and managing any future customer-facing learning platforms and provide consultative services to help the Practice Adoption team, field teams, and centralized support teams best leverage these systems to drive learning engagement and outcomes.

Primary Duties:

    • Platform Administration: Be the primary point of contact for managing the SaaS Learning Management System (LMS) and broader customer-facing learning systems (e.g. Pendo). Ensure platforms are fully operational, well-maintained with an aligned experience, and are accessible to users at all times.
    • Content Management: Coordinate the upload, organization, and maintenance of training content on the platform. Collaborate with content creators and instructional designers to ensure the seamless integration of new materials and execute on updates to existing practice-facing content.
    • Process Management: Provide content creators and Aledade staff with the knowledge, tools, and processes to correctly leverage practice-facing learning systems for learning delivery and to maintain Aledade’s core practice-facing curriculum.  This could include the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documentation of learning system processes and features, templates, etc. for Practice Adoption and other Aledade teams. Work with stakeholders to ensure processes and SOPs are followed.
    • Platform Customization: Stay up to date on new platform features, releases/updates and announcements to plan for and communicate changes or consider new functionalities. Customize the platform’s appearance, features, and functionalities according to the designed practice-learning experience and branding guidelines.
    • User Support and Training: Provide excellent customer support to clients and end-users by promptly addressing inquiries and issues. Conduct training sessions for administrators and learners to ensure they maximize the platform’s potential.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Experience in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science)
    • 5+ years of proven experience in administering and managing SaaS LMS or similar learning management systems (LMS)

Preferred KSA’s:

    • Experience with popular SaaS LMSs such as ThoughtIndustries (strongly preferred), Moodle, Cornerstone, or TalentLMS
    • Familiarity with a variety of learning formats, including eLearning content creation tools and principles
    • Experience integrating adult learning principles into content strategy/development
    • Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues
    • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to derive meaningful insights
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
    • Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
    • Basic understanding of design principles and ability to apply best practices in user interface and user experience design
    • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards in the eLearning industry
    • Familiarity with Learning Record Store (LRS) and Experience API (xAPI) for advanced data tracking and analysis
    • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and the ability to customize platform interfaces
    • Certifications in eLearning, Learning Management Systems, or related fields
    • Experience working in the healthcare industry

Physical Requirements:

    • Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
    • Ability to travel as needed
