Legrand has an exciting remote opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join the Legrand Team.
What Will You Do?
Position Summary: This position within the Talent Management & Development team will provide administrative and analytical support for company-wide learning initiatives while maintaining our Learning & Development Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines. This individual will help drive the execution of various learning programs for new and existing employees, provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for the company’s learning management system (LMS), and consult with learners and their leaders regarding attendance and learning experience. The individual will continually identify opportunities to improve the learner experience and deliver change initiatives to support these opportunities.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
· Coordinates all logistical support for training/learning programs, including but not limited to attendee lists, course reminders, supplies, meal ordering and set up, travel planning, etc.
· Manage learning content via the company’s LMS, including course descriptions, registrations, promotions, external and live-led training data entry, etc.
· Perform weekly audit of external training documentation process and provide end user clarification as needed related to incorrect documentation.
· Maintain Learning & Development Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines.
· Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress via master rosters/archives
· Manage communication process for learning events/opportunities.
· Provide detailed L&D training metrics, including quarterly reports, survey analysis, etc.
· Create instructional materials related to LMS use and reporting for the end user and manage Learning & Development SharePoint resource portal.
· Manage vendor relationships and related purchase order agreements.
Qualifications
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office/365 required.
· 2+ years of facilitation and administration of Learning Management software with a proven track record of improving results strongly preferred.
· Ability to utilize tools and technologies to access information, prepare and generate reports and troubleshoot issues.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors.
· Strong planning, consulting, organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
· Self-motivated, well organized, and thorough professional who pays meticulous attention to detail.
· Self-starter with a strong interest in workflow optimization.
· Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions.
