Can you spot innovations with the potential to transform education systems and student outcomes?

Do you have a track record in piloting and scaling education solutions?

Can you bring outstanding listening skills and creativity to co-design solutions with potential partners and clients?

Education Development Trust is seeking a Lead Adviser – Insights & Innovation to join our ambitious team. We are an international not-for-profit organisation with a 40-year track record in the provision of influential consultancy, research and large-scale programmes which transform school systems worldwide.

You will sit in our R&D team, leading exciting projects to develop high impact education solutions and products which tackle the diverse challenges faced by policymakers and practitioners across the geographies we serve. This is an exciting time of growth for our R&D team and EdDev Trust, and you will play a significant role in shaping the direction of the team and EdDev Trust’s external profile.

In return we offer a competitive salary, a generous holiday allowance, a range of voluntary benefits, health and discount benefits, excellent development opportunities, and family friendly policies to support flexible working.
