Part-Time Land Stewardship Coordinator
Job Description
The Eno River Association seeks a Land Stewardship Coordinator to assist in their growing land stewardship programs. ERA seeks candidates who support the mission of ERA and who respect and promote our goals of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. The Land Stewardship Coordinator works collaboratively with the Land Stewardship Manager in support of the ERA land stewardship program. Primary responsibilities include 1) monitoring and stewarding of land owned by and under conservation easement to ERA, and 2) maintaining strong communication with private landowners of eased properties and adjoining landowners to ERA-owned properties to facilitate engagement and further stewardship. The Coordinator will have frequent interactions with volunteers, resource managers, and community partners. This position is subject to activities beyond the typical indoor professional office setting. The position is part-time, averaging 20 hours per week.
