We are currently seeking a Full-Time Kitting & Fulfilment Project Coordinator to join our Toronto office team. They will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain.

The successful candidate will be resilient, flexible, self-motivated and have a great work ethic; detail oriented, driven and have strong time management skills to provide exceptional administrative and sales support in a fast-paced environment. Must also appreciate a good pun. Day-to-day responsibilities will include liaising with the Warehouse Manager and Account Managers, to ensure all elements of kitting projects are well organized, scheduled and executed.

 RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

• Working with Account Managers to plan and schedule all elements / products of kitting and fulfilment projects for their clients, before they go into production with our suppliers.
• Working with Production Coordinators to receive timely updates on all kit components, and ensure the appropriate amount of time is budgeted at Warehouse level for fulfilment of projects.
• Ensuring the Warehouse Manager is up to date with all ongoing kitting & fulfilment projects, including the Project Sheets being clear, current and well understood.
• Ability to interpret and transcribe information in an accurate and efficient manner including problem solving with a variety of internal team members, and ability to demonstrate good judgment to resolve project challenges.
• Attend monthly departmental meetings including participation in internal/external audits as required
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Assist in the Health & Safety program by ensuring that section 28 of the Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA) are being followed; conduct employee training and accident investigations; coordinate Health & Safety training within the department
• May be required to perform additional and/or different responsibilities as set forth above

HERE’S WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Must have completed minimum Grade 12 education; post-secondary education preferred
• Minimum two years general operational or administrative office work experience
• Minimum one year experience in logistics or supply chain related roles – experience with shipping and freight forwarding a huge advantage
• Incredibly proficient and hands on working knowledge and understanding of both Gsuite Apps and Microsoft Office 2016+ software – specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook as well as using the Internet as a research tool
• Proven ability to understand, speak and write English in order to communicate effectively using tact and diplomacy is required
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skill along with a demonstrated commitment to service excellence – charming, not smarmy.
• Think “outside the box”, be pro-active, problem solve and suggest corrective course of action
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as work collaboratively in a team environment
• Be curious and invested in the WHY, to strive for continuous improvement in process
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage time and retain and apply information effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization
• Must have employment eligibility in Canada

COMPENSATION:

$50,000 to $55,000 annually & a competitive benefits package.

Location will be a flexible blend of in office and remote work.
