This expansion was designed to support the launch of new medicines by more closely aligning biologics development and manufacturing capabilities. Responsibilities:
• Perform physical cycle count for warehouse and manufacturing suites
• Partners with planning team to execute inventory write off process (Disposal Request). Partners with external service provider & Site Security to manage & witness physical destruction of materials
• Distributes inventory reports as required by SOP’s
• Adheres to good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures
• Ability learn to drive forklifts up to 30 feet in the air (operator goes up with the load)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to gown and de-gown per SOP for working in clean rooms
• Performs material handling activities, including material storage and transfers, to GMP manufacturing facility and finished product from production to interim storage (cold and frozen storage).
• Manages SAP and Syncade Manufacturing Execution System (MES) error resolutions
• Provides after hours on-call support and assures for timely resolution of all inventory-related issues in regards to SAP and MES

Qualification:
• Knowledge of inventory management operations generally attained through studies resulting in an Associate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a GMP warehousing/manufacturing environment in an inventory control capacity
• Proficiency in Manufacturing Execution Systems, SAP, Master Data, SOX Compliance principles and procedures
• Excellent communications and computer skills with a demonstrated proficiency with MS, Word, Excel
• Ability to work independently and participate in project teams.
• Work is performed in a state-of-the-art large scale cell culture facility, single use facility and warehouse areas
• Use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in operations areas
