Part-Time Inventory Control Analyst
Job Description
Premier Talent Partners is seeking an Industry Control Analyst to join our client’s well-known Health and Wellness company based in San Francisco, CA. This position is temporary and part-time (30-32 hours/week) and will support a team throughout their busiest season.

Responsibilities:
- Track incoming/outgoing shipments of all devices per project
- Connect with CM teams to ensure shipments are on track and shipments are arriving accurately with correct information
- Build and maintain a spreadsheet to track allocations of proto devices based on unit allocations from the build matrix
- Create shipment/tracing sheet and track allocations sent out to teams/individuals
- Be in close contact with the PPM and attend PMT meetings for updates on devices or shipments
- Maintain hardware product assets includes receiving, documenting, inventorying, distributing, shipping, and securing assets
- Manually update hardware product assets with applicable device software as required prior to distribution
- Serve as the hardware product asset management subject matter expert
- Contact carriers when needed if shipments are delayed (DHL)
- Attend stakeholder meetings for device programs to provide status and get insight into asset management needs that are upcoming
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role
- Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. inventory planning, warehouse management)
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Analytical mind with business acumen
- Basic technical knowledge
- Highly organized
- Good communication (verbal and written)
- Ability to provide thorough status and escalation
