Job Description
- Process data and information and manage documentation and materials.
- Manage our invoices, shipping, receiving, stocking, lifting and disbursing materials, inventory control reports, and files. SAP/BSIP program is used in documenting of transactions – packing slips, receipts, and shipping records; inspect all
- Set up stock and maintain stock levels.
- Perform inventory checks.
- Organize materials with equipment such as forklift and pallet jacks.
- Travel to other Ferry Maintenance Facilities for parts relays or to perform inventory duties.
- Knowledge of office procedures, methods, and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to apply a variety of work-related formulas or math calculations.
- Computer skills using online databases, such as SAP/BSIP, and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability to record, compile, summarize and perform basic data analysis.
- Experience using material moving equipment such as a forklift.
- High school/GED diploma, and
- 1 year of administrative experience; or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
