Job Description
EKOE Health is a multidisciplinary healing community that centers on personal transformation, interdependence, and collective liberation. As healing agents, we understand that physical, psychological, and community health and wellness are inextricably linked. Our team of doctors and practitioners conceptualize clinical concerns within an ecological context of oppressive dynamics, chronic daily stressors, and traumatic experiences. Together, our clients embark on embodied collective healing journeys rooted in four primary components – grounding, movement, nourishment, and restoration. We work with parents, partners, community leaders, executives, justice-seekers, educators, artists, dreamers, and changemakers of all ages and stages to transform together. As an organization, we are committed to hiring diversity in thoughts, background, and experience to build our community. EKOE actively centers justice, equity, and inclusion in our organization and believe diversity of ethnicity, ability, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and culture. These differences are what make us unique and beautiful. We seek to do this to better our clients, our clients, and our community at large. We value and celebrate our staffs’ commitment and experience and empower them to be their authentic selves.
