Job Description
Instructional Designer – This position is responsible for the design, development and implementation of training solutions created for Client’s Corporate audience, including functions such as Human Resources, IT, Legal, Recruiting, and other allied groups. To be successful, this individual must have solid experience designing and developing learning materials. Attention to detail while managing multiple projects is a must.
Essential Job Functions:
• Design, develop and implement quality training solutions that are on-target, on-budget and on-time, working within a consistent process
• Conduct each phase of ADDIE process for identified learning requests
• Develop and lead execution of detailed project plans including resources and timelines and manage to the targets set
• Establish and maintain high performing relationships with project team members to ensure learning solutions meet identified needs
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in utilizing emerging technologies
• Ability to work successfully in conditions of uncertainty
Experience:
• 3-7 years of full lifecycle curriculum design experience
• Technical training background
• Advanced interpersonal skills
• Experience working with executive stakeholders
Tools Experience:
Proficient in: • Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) • Vyond • Xyleme LCMS • Articulate Storyline 360 • Microsoft Office
