The working pattern is Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day

Abingdon & Witney College are looking to recruit a forward thinking, organised and enthusiastic Industry Placement Coordinator for the Business curriculum area.
The successful candidate will be required to have the ability to network, develop and maintain strong and sustainable relationships with employers with a particular focus on the new T-Level in Business.
Key elements of the role include developing, maintaining and enhancing our portfolio of industry placement opportunities for our students, aged 16-19 years. The successful candidate will:
• support students at both the Abingdon and Witney sites, to secure an industry placement;
• network and develop strong relationships with employers within the sector;
• assist students to put into practice the knowledge and skills they have learnt in the classroom;
• helping students develop career plans and identify appropriate industry sectors;
• visit and monitor progress of industry placements.
