What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum of three years of sales experience in B2B sales or senior property management/tenant screening industry experience.
- Solid understanding of the rental screening environment.
- Demonstration of the ability to readily share best practices, selling strategies, product and industry knowledge with other team members.
- Understanding of data and analytics relevant to the rental/tenant screening industry.
- Willingness to travel.
Impact You’ll Make:
- Provide sales coverage for existing accounts in your region
- Prioritize and close new and incremental business within your book of business
- Prospecting to identify new opportunities within your region
- Deliver against stated growth objectives for the business
- Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the third party collection space, sharing industry knowledge, expertise and insights with your customers, prospects, and team.
- Attend collection conferences and industry events as required
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
