This role is offered on a Fixed-Term basis until 31st July 2024
This is a PART-TIME role of 28 hours (suggested working patterns can be discussed at interview but will be between our office hours of Monday-Friday 0900-1700)
Salary: £28,697 – £29,502 pro rata

We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide support across a range of activities. The role plays an important part in contributing to the Individual Giving fundraising targets and will play an important role in supporting teams with the planning and implementation of our fundraising campaigns.
The team assistant will also provide administrative support for invoicing and financial transactions, for reporting and for managing logistics surrounding work related travel.
Additionally, you will provide administrative support and diary management support to the Deputy Director of Individual Giving, so the post holder will be required to have proven experience of providing administrative support to a team or an individual.
We will look to the Individual Giving assistant to act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the team, so applicants must have strong relationship building skills and the ability to create a good first impression of our organisation.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong organisational and project management skills, as you will be required to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Applicants must also have strong time management skills as the role will involve working to tight deadlines.

We are have offices in London and Somerset. We are currently piloting a hybrid working model and you can agree the days you work at home with your manager, however, you are expected to attend team meetings and other events in-person as requested. Please do bear in mind the rules around hybrid working may change in 2023 when the pilot ends.
