Job Description
- Support end users with project management software (Procore) usage.
- Assist teams to identify data-driven solutions to business challenges.
- Data entry within project management software.
- Participate in exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- Provide analysis and support to various departments and teams as needed.
- Assist in the development and documentation of data governance policies and procedures.
- Interpreting and visualizing data to provide actionable insights.
- Gathering data from several types of data sets and presenting it in a concise and understandable format for end users.
- Maintain data standards for consistency and process large data sets to find outliers.
- Supply ad hoc reports and data requests for the organization and external users.
- Meet deadlines and deliver high quality data analysis independently.
- Provide responsive and excellent support to end users.
- Drive and be an active participant in the Columbia Way.
- Experience with SQL data query language required.
- Procore experience preferred.
- Knowledge of construction management preferred.
- Experience with client support preferred.
- Ability to interpret data findings to validate accurate results.
- Ability to troubleshoot data related issues, including data quality problems, discrepancies, and errors.
- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, manage effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively to help bridge the gap between technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions for addressing data challenges.
- Must possess excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
