Full-Time Human Resources Advisor- HR projects

As part of our approach to continuous improvement we have identified a range of projects to complement our existing HR policies and processes and are looking to recruit an HR Advisor to help us deliver them. The role reports to the HR Director and, working with the HR Projects Manager, will deliver in two key focus areas:
- Learning & Development
- Supporting design and delivery of generic training modules – line manager essentials, inclusive recruitment, coaching skills, mentoring skills and similar topics
- Convert these modules to be housed on our bespoke learning management system
- Identify training needs from development reviews
- Wellbeing
- Supporting our mental health first aider network, BDPMind, to identify training activities, webinars and other learning events
- Support engagement with the Employee Assistance Provider
- Compiling and analysing data input for a range of industry surveys for benchmarking purposes
In addition, you will support the HR Director on developing systems and processes to improve retention, employee engagement and full employee lifecycle. These activities will involve the HR Projects Manager, other members of the HR team and stakeholders across the practice.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to stakeholders quickly develop relationships with stakeholders

- High standard of organisational and administrative skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Passionate about continuous improvement
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced role
- Experience of compiling and analysing data and running surveys
- Ability to research, produce reports, analyse statistics, make recommendations, develop and drive SMART action plans
- Positive attitude and are resourceful with a high degree of integrity, professional ethics, respect and sense of responsibility
- Ability to adapt and flex to stakeholder needs
