Full-Time Human Resource Director
Job Description
- Minimum of 7 years human resource experience in a leadership role
- Bachelor of Art in Human Resources or closely related field
- Experience in large or mid-size organization and a plus if you have Non-profit experience
- Works with senior staff and legal to develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Ensures effective development and evaluation plans executed across the entire organization
- Provides accurate and timely reporting and analysis on key performance data to senior leadership team
- Manages and communicates the benefits program
- Ensures organization’s compensation is competitive, accurate, and fair across the organization
- Implements workers’ compensation program and procedures
- Develops and implements recruiting, staffing, succession planning, retention plans, budgets and processes
- Supervises Human Resources Manager
- M.A. Human Resource Management
- SHRM Certification
