Full-Time Human Resource Coordinator

Job Description

NOTE: This position is based out of Plano, Texas, but remote will be considered. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, Support HR to ensure all paperwork for the department is handled with accuracy and efficiency
  • Perform general office duties including administrative support with meetings, schedules, ordering food and supplies.
  • Provide assistance with daily activities related to human resources
  • Scheduling meetings working directly with various departments
  • Organize and coordinate employee functions/activities and catering
  • Support HR with handling employee data and ensuring they are being handled according to our company guidelines.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
  • Create presentations and assist with HR special projects and employee engagement
  • Prepares new-employee files; create & maintain HR spreadsheets and project plans
  • Assist with new hire orientation
  • Processes mail and perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of HR
  • Proven analytical, problem solving, and ownership capabilities
  • Strong computer skills with MS office, strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and make informed decision
  • A bachelor’s degree and at least 1-3 years’ experience in a progressively responsible administrative support position or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency with office administration and coordination of general office business functions.
  • Proficiency in coordinating large meetings and conferences.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to establish good working relationships within work group as well as with external vendors and effectively and professionally respond to concerns.
  • Effective organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects in a time sensitive environment.
  • Proven ability to use computers at an advanced level for word processing, and report preparation Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products.
