Job Description

This position is currently eligible for telework. This position is required to work in the office a minimum of 2 days a month. This may change based on business needs.

Your opportunity at a glance

The WSLCB Human Resources Division is announcing an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource Consultant 1 (In-Training) position in Olympia, WA. This position reports directly to the Recruitment Supervisor in the WSLCB’s Human Resources Division. The position serves and complements the WSLCB’s mission and goals by assisting the Human Resource Office to achieve its strategic goal of maintaining and valuing a highly-motivated, competent and diverse workforce. In this role, you will use professional Human Resources skills and experience to support employees and management through various areas of personnel with the main focus in assisting the Recruitment Supervisor in the area of recruitment. In this role, you will make important contributions towards talent attraction and candidate experience during the recruitment process.
