The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment has teamed up with a major government arm to recruit an HR Reward Manager, this is a great opportunity to work for a high profile body. The role will involve the implementation of the reward and policy and the full pay cycle.
What the HR Reward Manager will will be doing
The ideal HR Reward Manager will be be responsible for
• Management and maintenance of the pay remit
• Management of the Flexible Benefits system
• Work with HR manager to coordinate mid and end of year appraisal process, ensuring all reviews are completed on time.
• Deliver a proactive HR service by working closely with HR Managers
What the successful HR Reward Analyst will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone who has
• Strong analytical skills using a variety of data sources to present data in a clear format of varied stakeholders
• Experience of managing reward and employee benefits
• Experience of managing a number of activities alongside successful delivery of ad-hoc projects
