HR Operations and Systems Manager
Fixed term contract – 12 months, full-time.
Salary: £44,747 – £46,040

This role has 3 key areas of focus:
- Provide the management, oversight and development of a team of 3 (2 Advisors and 1 Officer)
- Identify, define and deliver areas of HR work that can be enhanced through workflows, automation and use of HR systems (Sage People, Sage Payroll and Reach – our recruitment ATS)
- Be a consultative, expert partner and point of escalation to the organisation on a wide-range of HR topics.
You will have the full support of the Head of HR and Director of People and Culture to help you drive and achieve change across our organisation of approx. 240 people.

We have offices in London and Somerset. We are currently piloting a hybrid working model and you can agree the days you work at home with your manager, however, you are expected to attend team meetings and other events in-person as requested. Please do bear in mind the rules around hybrid working may change in 2023 when the pilot ends.
