We are going through an exciting period of growth at Education Development Trust, and to support this we are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our established HR team on a permanent basis. As a HR Business Partner, you will help champion, drive and embed the HR agenda by supporting our Strategic HR Business Partners and senior HR team on the development and implementation of both strategic and operational HR solutions to support long term growth and transformation.
To be successful in this role you will:
– have excellent knowledge of current UK employment law and legislation
– have significant experience of providing expert HR and employee relations advice to senior stakeholders
– have experience of working in an HR role combining both HR project work and operational activities
– have experience of supporting the design and embedding of HR solutions to improve business delivery
– have associate membership of CIPD, supported by a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management (or equivalent)
– have knowledge of project management principles
– have exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at a senior level
– be IT literate and competent in all MS Office products
