The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a prominent organisation dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of millions across Wales and the southwest of England. We are currently supporting them to recruit an HR Advisor on a permanent contract working 37 hours.
What the HR Advisor will be doing
The HR Advisor will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce strategies. you’ll contribute to creating a workplace that values safety, diversity, and continuous improvement.
Deliver HR advisory services aligned with strategic objectives.
Support Wales region, involving travel for HR support.
Ensure HR activities meet business plans and local customer needs.
Implement current employment legislation and HR best practices.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes.
What the successful HR Advisor will bring to the team
Proven track record in an operational HR environment.
outstanding ability to communicate and influence effectively.
Hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience using Success Factors or similar HR systems.
