We are looking for someone who can work on their own initiative, is hard working, highly motivated and organised. The workload for this role is busy and varied and it is important that you can therefore demonstrate resilience, a positive energy, an ability to prioritise your workload and remain calm despite different demands on your time.
It is important that you are a strong team player, and you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
You will have excellent IT skills, using Microsoft office packages, particularly outlook, word, excel, Sharepoint and the internet and will have had experience of and be comfortable with working with computerised HR databases.
You will have at least two years’ experience of working as an HR Advisor in a similar role, which includes supporting and advising managers to deal with a wide range of employee relations matters such as: Disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, capability and whistleblowing.
Providing a consistent, effective and confidential HR service for the managers and staff of the Choice Support Group within agreed timescales.
Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures and current employment law providing advice to managers on policies and procedures.
Supporting line managers in all aspects of the timely recruitment and selection of staff.
You will be home based covering the Southeast but you must be prepared to work from our Choice support office (in Maidstone) and other services as and when required.

Salary for this role is £27,757 per annum based on 37.5 hour working week.
This role is home Based covering the Southeast but must be prepared to work from Choice support office (in Maidstone) and other services as and when required.
