This is a maternity cover and is fixed term until approximately 1st June 2025
We are looking for an experienced HR Adviser to join the busy Casework team at Abingdon and Witney College. The role includes managing a caseload including performance management, attendance management, disciplinary, and grievance across the College.
Working with the Casework Co-ordinator, the HR Manager and Head of HR, you will ensure a pro-active approach to employee relations issues. The role involves providing consistent and timely advice to employees and line managers, including coaching and liaising with Occupational Health and other external bodies, therefore an awareness of employment law and best practice are essential for this role.
It is also a requirement to keep accurate and up to date case notes and therefore attention to detail and professional communication skills are key.
