We are looking for an experienced HR caseworker to join the busy HR team at Abingdon and Witney College. The role includes managing a caseload including performance management, attendance management, disciplinary, and grievance across the College.
Working with the Casework Co-ordinator, the HR Manager and Head of HR, you will ensure a pro-active approach to employee relations issues. The role involves providing consistent and timely advice to employees and line managers, including coaching and liaising with Occupational Health and other external bodies.
It is also a requirement to keep accurate and up to date case notes and therefore attention to detail, professional communication skills and an awareness of employment law and best practice are essential for this role.
We would accept candidates in the process of achieving Level 5 of their CIPD Qualification or willing to achieve Level 5
