Type – FT 2 year fixed term contract
Salary: £39,525 to £43,016

Role overview:
To deliver our ambitions on net zero carbon for housing in the city region.
Key role and responsibilities:
- Support delivery of our current housing retrofit grant funding programmes
- Instigate new housing retrofit programmes to support our net zero carbon ambitions
Required skills and knowledge:
- subject relevant degree or equivalent or some experience within the housing or building industry
- experience in a housing setting in preferably housing retrofit
demonstrate a broad understanding of housing retrofit and the carbon agendas, preferably in the public sector
- A commitment to the LCR and an understanding of its stakeholders
- An ability to demonstrate our core values, including a commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
- Experience of contributing to a high-performance culture
