Salary: £32,220 – £38,431

Role overview:
To support the housing on delivering a variety of grant funded programmes and other initiatives to deliver new build housing and housing energy efficiency improvements.
Key role and responsibilities:
- Support the housing team to manage various grant programmes and secure new funding sources.
- Liaise with Local Authorities, developers and registered providers to deliver both new build and energy efficiency schemes.
Required skills and knowledge: *Person spec criteria
- A subject relevant degree or equivalent or some experience within the housing or building industry.
- Some experience in a housing or other building sector.
- Demonstrate a broad understanding of housing tenures/markets and construction process.
- A commitment to the LCR and an understanding of its stakeholders
- An ability to demonstrate our core values, including a commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
- Experience of contributing to a high-performance culture.
