This position is a Fixed Term Contract for 24 months (including End Point Assessment).
During your Apprenticeship, you will be expected to:
- To actively participate in an organised programme of training leading towards the achievement of a nationally recognised qualification (Chartered institute of Housing) Housing and property management level 3.
- To provide support to the Neighbourhood Services team within One Vision Housing to enable an efficient and effective service to be delivered.
- Work alongside a fully qualified and experienced colleague of One Vision Housing.
- Undertake internal and external training as required.
- Positively promote and demonstrate The Sovini Group values.
- Confidently deliver a polite, courteous, professional service to all customers and members of the public whilst safeguarding customer welfare and recognising vulnerability, equality, and diversity.
- Display self-discipline and self-motivated approach.
- Commit to equality and diversity and to promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken.
- Adhere with the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions.
To be successful in a Community Safety Apprentice role, the skills you will need:
- English and Maths GCSE 7-3 grades (or predicted/equivalent). – Desirable
- Awareness of the job role for the applied position.
- To show a willingness to learn and further develop.
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email.
Experience or Knowledge of the below would be advantageous but not essential:
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as own initiative.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service.
- Ability to travel to a college placement in the Merseyside area one day per week or in a block (travel card provided if necessary).
