Floristry Hourly Paid Lecturer  

£24.97-£32.35 dependant on level of teaching qualification  

Sessions will be on a Tuesday evening and Wednesday Morning 

Witney Campus  

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic hourly paid floristry lecturer to teach on our Level 1 and 2 City and Guilds qualifications. Industry experience is essential so that you can bring learning to life and use industry experience to inspire our learners.   

The role will involve teaching part time adults who are studying for leisure or as a career change. The ideal candidate will be well organised, have experience of teaching or coaching and be passionate about inspiring the next generation of florists.  

Although a teaching qualification is an advantage, training opportunities exist within the College and we can support you in gaining your Award in Education and Training Level 3 Qualification (AET), within your first year of joining the college. 

This role may be eligible for the ‘Taking Teaching Further (TTF)’ programme, which supports professionals as they move into teaching in the further education sector. Support from the TTF programme can include an initial reduction in teaching workload and enrolment onto teacher training.
