Full-Time Health Equity Strategist
Job Description
Are you interested in building organizational capacity to address health inequities as well as normalizing and operationalizing health equity? Are you interested in developing and implementing an organizational strategy, including projects and initiatives? This position centers on collaboration to strengthen systems to promote equity.

Hiring Range and Status
- $73,759 – $92,198 per year DOQ
- 40 hours per week

Education and Experience
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in public health, social work, health, health care administration, or other relevant field, OR a combination of equivalent experience and education.
- A minimum of seven years of experience, demonstrated ability, and skills in a health, public health, human services, or other relevant setting.
- Demonstrated experience and passion for working directly in communities and implementing solutions to address health disparities and barriers to health equity.
Key Responsibilities
The Health Equity Strategist:
- Develops and implements a comprehensive organizational health equity plan aligned with organizational priorities, incorporating data-driven assessments, and strategies for improvement.
- Integrates strategies to advance health equity and racial justice throughout community health efforts.
- Analyzes, documents, reports, and recommends solutions to disparities in health outcomes, the root causes, and identifies or develops strategies to address them.
