Part-Time Head of Revenue

As Head of Revenue, you will be instrumental in driving our growth, establishing meaningful client relationships, and promoting our vision. We are seeking an individual with a passion for social equity, extensive expertise in marketing and sales, and a knack for analytics.
As a Head of Revenue you:
- Leverage your significant experience in marketing to promote HRx’s solutions, ensuring our message aligns seamlessly with our commitment to social equity and inclusion.
- Demonstrate strong sales acumen, closing deals and establishing lasting relationships with clients.
- Apply your interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, fostering connections and understanding client needs.
- Employ analytical tools to assess and enhance the effectiveness of both sales and marketing strategies.
To qualify for this role you have:
- Passion for social equity, advocacy and addressing systemic barriers for marginalized groups
- Extensive experience in marketing and sales, showcasing a proven track record of driving growth and establishing meaningful client relationships
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient in using analytical tools to assess and enhance the effectiveness of both sales and marketing strategies
- Proficient in productivity, sales and marketing tools such as Google Workspace, hubspot, google ads, CRMs and adaptable to internal systems
Reporting and Benefits:
In this role, you will report into the CEO.
The Head of Revenue role is a part time position with an estimated 20 hours per week. Annual salary is $50,000 to $60,000. Benefits include a fully remote and flexible work environment, 21 days paid vacation per year, discretionary annual bonuses, $750 professional development & accessibility funds, 12 hours of team professional development a year and extended health coverage.
