Job Description

Location: Home based with frequent travel to our office and locations in Gloucester
Salary: £65k per annum
Contract type: Permanent, 37 hours, Trust Based Working

The Opportunity

PropertyCare is the heart and soul of GCH and plays a huge role in the success of the organisation.

We’re looking out for our next leader, responsible for heading up our PropertyCare Repairs and Maintenance service. You’ll lead your team and work with key stakeholders and Senior Leadership Team peers to promote a positive and inclusive culture that enables seamless service delivery and an exceptional customer experience that is felt by our customers.

You’ll play a key role in the strategic direction of our PropertyCare Repairs service, sharing your vision, passion and purpose as the team enters a crucial period in its journey. This is a real opportunity to put your vision into practice across our services, making a real difference to the lives of those in our communities.

  • You’ll need to hit the ground running and be ready to get stuck in and achieve impact from day one. there are plenty of opportunities to make a difference and shape the way we do things from the word go.
  • You’re a real people person, with the ability to listen, relate to and understand the issues faced by your teams. You’ll understand the importance of communication, and keeping your people engaged .
  • You’ll have managed, directed and delivered customer service functions, including leading service design and implementation.
  • You’ll provide confident and clear leadership and direction for the Repairs and Maintenance Delivery teams.
  • You’ll ensure we achieve and maintain high levels of performance and customer satisfaction, gaining us a reputation for being the best.
  • You’ll empower colleagues to embrace change, find the best solutions and take forward our culture of innovation and flexibility.
