Your Role in our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and the People Team is instrumental in ensuring the whole business is supported, engaged, and delighting our customers. In order to achieve this mission you will work in close partnership with the wider people team designing and delivering against a global L&D strategy to support our strategic goals and company growth.

This role will work aligned to our UK time zone and as a minimum, we recommend this role is office based at least twice a week where you can benefit from working in any one of our relevant global office locations: Boston, London, Plovdiv, Rochester.
Some of Your Responsibilities & Core Duties will be:
- Design, in partnership with the People Experience Director, a global unified L&D Strategy encompassing: RG product knowledge | performance management | leadership and management development | onboarding | career development, specifically mapping out skills gaps and identifying development solutions
- Lead and design an “early in careers” strategy utilising the apprenticeship levy, and build on our already established internship programme
- Work in partnership with the EPIC Network leads, our RG ERG leaders focusing on our DE&I agenda
- Implement a modern talent management approach to enable career succession and growth
- Use technologies to enhance the learning offer and drive innovation of thought and organisational attitude to learning
- Work with Senior Leaders to embed a mentoring culture
- Support Manager development and understanding with regards to Mental Health and how to best support their teams
- Work in partnership with the People Experience Director to review and finalise the L&D Strategy with clear links to organisational strategy and business development, with deliverables defined following a full Learning Needs Analysis
- Lead the L&D team to review and deliver impactful learning programmes including onboarding, leadership and management and career development
- Identify knowledge gaps and opportunities for skills transfer, linking to a transparent career pathways for all skills areas whilst growing our future talent pipeline and retaining our great talent
- Effectively manage the global learning budget to ensure spend is in alignment with overall organisational needs
The Experience and Key Skills you will have:
- Previous experience of leading an L&D function at a senior level with multiple global stakeholders
- Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to work with business leaders in delivering impactful people initiatives in a fast-paced business setting
- Effective management skills, demonstrating the ability to set teams up for success through a coaching leadership style
- Experience in using Agile working principles
- Strategic mentality, effective stakeholder management skills, with experience of delivering an effective L&D strategy to a global audience
- Analytical problem solver and an interest in evidence-based practice. Experience in using people data to inform decision-making and applying critical thinking to information, facts, and ideas
- Systems thinking, experience of working in a global organisation, and understanding the varying needs of multiple associates
- Experience of successfully crafting and implementing departmental Learning & Development strategies with a passion for learning and supporting others to achieve their potential
- Ability to network and develop partnerships (internally and externally)
The Interview Process:
- Initial telephone interview with a senior member of our Talent Acquisition Team
- First stage online interview with our Chief People Officer and People Experience Director or Head of People Operations
- Final stage interview with our Chief People Officer, Head of Global Engagement & Internal Communications and either our People Experience Director or Chief Technology Officer – in person at one of our global offices
