The Intelligence team uses data-driven insights to fuel strategic growth for clients. We believe that data should never exist in a vacuum; instead, it should be put to work to bring the best ideas and stories to our clients.

 

To help with this, we’re looking for an outstanding Head of Intelligence—someone who can lead data-driven strategy to align with client goals, develop innovative solutions to solve marketing challenges, and collaborate with clients and Digitas leadership.

The transformation you will experience

The Head of Intelligence is responsible for managing, enabling and overseeing a cross-functional team with the goal to deliver outstanding work profitably.

Your scope will include:

  • Lead and manage the Data & Analytics team, focusing on delivering exceptional, profitable work.
  • Build, maintain & refine existing and new data products and services that keep pace with client needs and data landscape.
  • Maintain service and product quality, ensuring alignment with client needs and commercial feasibility.
  • Promote easily digestible, actionable insights from data.
  • Strategise and implement data-driven decisions, aligning both agency and client objectives.
  • Mentor the team to foster growth, happiness, and commercial acumen.
  • Making significant contributions to business development by leading new business initiatives and establishing relationships with prospective clients.
  • Collaborating across functions, coordinating with general managers across Strategy, Creative, Technology, Media Planning and Project Management teams.
  • Define transformative customer data strategies.
  • Advocate our data products/services compellingly to various stakeholders.

What type of person will be successful in this role?

  • Preferably 13+ years in Data Strategy experience.
  • Expertise in the digital world and a masterful understanding of multiple industries, including telecommunications, Automotive and CPG
  • A strong knowledge of integrated marketing and CRM disciplines
  • Exposure to audience-based marketing, and programmatic advertising
  • Proven leadership ability and strong, impactful client relationship experience
  • Experience managing a team of experienced employees
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Data Science capabilities and converting analytical to formulate into Strategy.
  • Knowledge in Audience Segmentation is an advantage
  • Well versed in Business Intelligence including dashboarding and visualisation
  • Stellar communication and presentation skills: we need someone who’s articulate, engaging and straightforward – and, above all, can effectively and convincingly translate unstructured business solutions into innovative customer marketing programs
  • A willingness to travel as needed—keeping an open mind to new places, new faces and new ideas
