We have an exciting opportunity for the Head of Health and Safety. Taking the lead on all matters relating to health and safety across the college, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of all students, staff and visitors to the college.
The College comprises a number of realistic practical training environments that mirror industry facilities. These range from engineering workshops, motor vehicle garages and science labs, to hair and beauty salons and a working farm amongst other facilities. It’s a very diverse role that provides a great opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic health and safety professional to develop their career and make a difference.
Ideally, you will have experience of working in a Further Education College, or similarly diverse environment. You will be fully committed to working proactively and collaboratively across the college to achieve the very best for our students and staff.
A good administrator, excellent communicator and outstanding team player with solid administration skills will thrive in this exciting role. Part time (c. 30 hours) or flexible working patterns would be considered.
