Are you a strategic project manager who loves to analyze and communicate issues just as much as you love to operationalize strategies? Are you passionate about enabling growth and engagement?
This highly collaborative and cross-functional role will work on a variety of strategic projects in support of Culture Amp’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy and commitment to internal employee engagement. In this role you will apply a consultative approach to help senior leaders make critical decisions and execute key initiatives.
You will be managing multiple projects at once in alignment with our GTM strategy, with your focus spanning a spectrum from data analysis, planning, and execution. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the most critical and impactful projects in Culture Amp’s GTM group. You will partner with stakeholders across all GTM Departments, and work closely with Regional Market Leaders as well as leaders in Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and People Science.
As part of this team of amazing humans,
You will
- Build trusted adviser relationships with leaders across Culture Amp’s GTM group
- Leverage frameworks and adopt a data-driven approach to analyze issues, generate insights, and create recommendations
- Design and manage projects in support of our growth objectives, partnering with cross functional stakeholders to operationalize strategies in a timely manner
- Support cross-geographic and cross-functional alignment
You have
- Prior experience in consulting and/or working at a growing SaaS company
- Strategic & Analytical skills and can leverage frameworks, analyze data, and break down issues into logical chunks
- Experience managing projects including creating project plans, setting and meeting deadlines (and holding others accountable too), understanding dependencies, and identifying risks
- Navigated and led change efforts, and created compelling presentations and communications to support them
- Experience with stakeholder management including understanding stakeholder needs, building relationships, managing expectations
You are
- Adaptable and organized, and can seamlessly work across a variety of project types and stakeholders
- A strong communicator who can articulate concepts, plans and updates in a clear, concise and compelling manner
- A resilient problem solver who can push through challenges and setbacks and come up with creative solutions, while maintaining a constant improvement approach.
