Full-Time Growth Marketing Manager

About the role
Curebase is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who will thrive in a quickly scaling healthcare technology environment. Marketing at Curebase is deeply collaborative, and you will work with nearly every function at the company to generate leads for our sales team and run campaigns that reach more potential customers at Curebase. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and will work closely with senior company leaders including the Chief Operations Officer and the Chief Executive Officer.
In this role, you will help Curebase evangelize our message of bringing more patient friendly, faster, and efficient clinical trials to audiences in biopharma, medical device, and diagnostic companies. You will help generate growth marketing efforts for our various customers by coordinating events, and running campaigns designed to engage our target audiences. You will align your efforts with Curebase’s strategic goals for building brand awareness, generating interest, and converting leads. You will liaise with the Business Development team and other functions in Curebase to promote Curebase’s position and thought leadership in the clinical trial space.
What you’ll do
- Drive new customer acquisition for Curebase through growth marketing efforts
- Setup and manage advertising campaigns to promote products and services B2B (Google, LinkedIn,Bbing, Twitter, etc.)
- Support & execute channel tests, draft performance projections, and own channel metrics to optimize customer conversion
- Set up, manage, and report on creative tests: Formulate thoughtful hypotheses, analyze results with statistical rigor, and thoroughly document results
- Ideate ad creative concepts; define messaging, video, and design variants, and collaborate closely with our content teams to finalize creative deliverables
- Manage and monitor our onboarding funnel for lead generation to ensure a smooth process for sales leads to book meetings and demos with our team through the website
- Setup and manage email campaigns to engage current customers and leads, and/or promote specific events and news
- Build our brand and following in the market through managing highly engaging campaigns
- Support SEO development with content to support Curebase thought leadership through blog posts, webinars, and other engaging content
- Support and coordinate content creation for primarily advertising in addition to B2B landing pages, social media, website, blog posts, webinars, conferences, and other promotional materials
- Support posting to our website: blog material, upcoming webinars, events, and recent news
- Support marketing events with growth campaigns including conference signup, speaking engagements, webinars and other promotional events
About you
- 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing, especially advertising
- BS in marketing and/or life sciences
- Passionate about healthcare with a well-rounded understanding of healthcare and clinical trials
- Excited about decentralized clinical trials and ready to become an expert
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Familiarity with Ad Platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more.
- Familiarity or experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Coachable yet independent, capable of learning new concepts and applying them in real-time
- Comfortable with, or are quick to learn and master, productivity and web presentation tools
- Passionate about delivering solutions that make people’s lives easier
Major pluses
- Prior experience in the clinical trial space
- Prior experience running campaigns for B2B acquisition of health tech customers
