Job Description
WiggleCRC are looking to recruit an Growth Analyst to join the team in our Portsmouth office!
What will you be doing?
The Growth Analyst is responsible for working within the Marketing function, maintaining the growth marketing roadmap.
They will have a passion for the customer journey and WiggleCR’s mission to inspire everybody, everywhere, every day to experience the joy of sport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the agile growth marketing roadmap
- Working hand in hand with wider marketing and product teams to define, develop and deploy growth initiatives.
- Analysing data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports, insight and findings from experiments
- Prepare and present insight on the effectiveness of commercial promotion
- Maintain and develop a suite of customer centric reports
Experience:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in using data, and visualizing it for the end user
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Visualization software experience
- SQL/R/Python experience, or another scripting language
- Relevant analytical experience (ideally within the retail sector), working with large volumes of data and drawing insight from analysis
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use data to develop and measure marketing campaigns.
