Role and Responsibilities:
As a Groundworks Site Manager at Kenward Construction, you will oversee and manage all aspects of groundworks on construction sites. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading, motivating, and managing the groundworks team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborating with project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Planning and coordinating groundworks activities, including excavation, foundation construction, drainage, and landscaping.
- Monitoring and enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Problem-solving and addressing any issues that may arise during the course of the project.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Reporting to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
To excel in this role, you will need:
