About the role:
Job type: Full-time (35hrs/week), 12-month fixed-term contract.
Salary: up to £25,000 (dependant on experience).
Location: Reading (with some flexibility for home working 2-3 days per week).

We are seeking to recruit a Grants and Project Coordinator with experience of stakeholder management and data systems, to work in a coordinator role providing extensive administrative support to the programme team. You will be working on an exciting government-funded education programme to support and develop Maths and Physics teachers across England.
Reporting to the Programme Manager, the successful candidate will work with the central team to deliver all areas of the programme, supporting the Programme Manager and stakeholders with events (virtual and face-to-face), administration, reports, communications and liaising with students on the programme. The post holder will also liaise regularly with and advise participants, monitoring performance and report on overall data of Scholars. The successful candidate will also work closely with the wider project team to ensure quality is monitored and delivered and to manage issues where matters arise.
We are looking for applicants with experience of data systems management/administration as well as excellent communication skills. The successful candidate should have strong reporting skills in producing reports for internal and external partners and be highly organised as prioritising a varied and challenging workload will be key to the success of this role. Candidates would ideally have a background in the education or charity sectors; however, this is not essential.
