The Role
Reporting to the Global Head of Internship and Early Career Talent Programs, you will have the opportunity to leverage your talents to design, innovate and deliver strategies dedicated to creating incredible intern experiences. You will have direct responsibility for the North America intern program and serve as the global intern program subject matter expert, driving the global intern program strategy and infrastructure, including:
Designing and building a global world class internship program from social and community service events, executive speaker series to contests, etc.
Developing an engaging, global onboarding, orientation and keep warm strategy for interns
Developing the strategy around the intern offer process to ensure high performing interns receive offers
Partner with the Employment Branding team in driving the global intern program marketing strategy
What it takes
5+ years of university recruiting, event management or campus program management experience
Proven track record of building and executing multiple programs
Exceptional project management and event planning experience
Creative, out of the box thinker
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
