Job Overview:
You will work in lock-step with application or domain leaders acting as a Data Infrastructure and Engineer to create a clear strategic direction and enablement of data acquisition and usage for the Ultrasound Predictive data science initiative. You will work with the Network Infrastructure team, Cyber Security Team, Microsoft team and Data Science, Product Engineer and DT teams to understand the data requirement and enable the data connectivity to the standard solution and storage. Your priority is seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders: Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Service Owners and Developers. Essential Responsibilities:
• Perform data profiling and data analysis for any source systems and the target data repositories
• Understand metadata and the underlying data structures needed to standardize the data load processes.
• Develop data mapping specifications based on the results of data analysis and functional requirements
• Build automated Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) jobs based on data mapping specifications
• Validate the data mapping results
• Implement Data Quality (DQ) rules provided Lead the product development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; owner of functional or technical product design
• Lead and manage the MS Edge device implementation and configuration in the site
• Define the new data set addition and enablement strategy thru EDGE device
• Design, develop and drive test data , flat file and sensor data parsing into the NAS storage and central storage
• Owns data integrity, protection and reliability from a software perspective, and must enforce access and other security measures
• Own the short-term product roadmap and its integration into a larger application or strategic roadmap
• Engage continuously with customers and stakeholders to understand their business goals and motivating factors
• Demonstrate ability to influence customers and product managers through credible knowledge and experience, persuasion and influencing skills
• Demonstrates excelling business acumen, knows latest industry trends and is looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering, business data analytics, statistics, or computer science, or Master’s in general “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
• 3-5 year working/internship/project experience in supply chain / infrastructure management desired

Technical Expertise:
• Experience with software development methods, tools, and languages including Java, Python…
• Experience with SQL, MangoDB, MPP databases, ETL tools such as Informatica, and database design patterns.
• Experience working in Azure environment
• Experience in handling both Online Transaction Processing (OLTP) and Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) data models
• Experience in tools supporting SDLC such as Jira, Rally, Aris, MS Project, SmartSheet, etc.
• Proficient in Statistical model
• Exposure to unstructured datasets and ability to handle XML, JSON file formats
• Exposure to Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) tools like Informatica or Talend
• Exposure to handling machine or sensor datasets from industrial businesses

• Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technologies and approaches to solving problems
• Skilled in breaking down problems and estimating efforts
• Has the ability to propose, analyze impact and recommend appropriate technology choices
• Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the product development team. Balances value propositions from competing stakeholders.
• Demonstrates knowledge of technologies in the market to actively participate in buy vs build recommendations, drive market timing decisions and scope of MVPs
• Drive for a horizontally applicable data framework and analytics model
