| Food & Beverage Manager, Lodge Kohler Opportunity Seeking a creative, highly skilled, food and beverage leader that embodies gracious living to establish Lodge Kohler as the place to be every day including gamedays.
Responsible for managing all food and beverage operations for Lodge Kohler to ensure areas rated by AAA maintain Four Diamond service quality and standards. This includes the Taverne in the Sky restaurant, Leaps & Bounds caf?, In Room Dining served from the restaurant, in-house banquets and external catering. Specific responsibilities include: - Responsible for meeting sales, profits/expenses while achieving excellent levels of customer satisfaction/associate engagement
- Provides overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of teams
- Confers with the outlet chef to formulate ideas, concepts, cost, and marketing of all menus
- Develop financial, capital, and manpower plans with department managers
- Engage with Titletown development to create specials that compliment programming and entice guests into Lodge Kohler Food and Beverage venues
Skills/Requirements - Bachelor’s degree and culinary degree or certificate preferred
- Ability to understand&positively impact P&L statements, cost of sales, food costs, inventory control, and safety performance necessary
- Capable of effectively managing both front&back of house
- 3-5 years leadership experience- front&back of house
