Finance and Operational Administrator
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector and Not-for-Profit is proud to support the recruitment campaign for an exciting opportunity as a Finance and Operational Administrator at ScoutsCymru. In this role, you will play a vital role in finance administration tasks across income, expenditure and stock controls as well as assisting in operational tasks across the business. This will be a full-time permanent role, immediate start. You’ll be based at ScoutsCymru Headquarters in Caerphilly, but there will be occasionally options for you to work at home once settled into the role.
What you will be doing as a Finance and Operational Administrator:
Budgeting: Develop, manage, and monitor organisational budgets.
Financial Reporting: Generate and analyse financial reports for management.
Bookkeeping: Record financial transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable.
Invoicing and Billing: Process invoices, track payments, manage billing processes.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimise the organisation’s cash flow.
Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data, provide insights and recommend.
Expense Management: Control organisational expenses, implement cost-saving measures.
Payroll Processing: Manage payroll activities, handle tax-related matters for compensation.
What you will need as a Finance and Operational Administrator:
Autonomous worker with proficiency in Xero accounting software
Expertise in managing booking systems.
Strong background in invoicing
Experience working in a finance officer role.
Responsibilities include typical bookkeeping tasks and maintaining accurate financial records.
