Full-Time Field Service Technician II
Job Description
The role of the Residential Field Service Technician II is to perform comprehensive energy audits on program eligible customer sites. These audits include:
o confirms program eligibility
o extensive customer energy education
o site-specific pressure diagnostics
o health and safety observations and tests
o whole house energy reduction assessments
o development of cost-effective work plan
o field related customer service
o coordination with office support staff regarding work plan to be performed by subcontractors
o coordination with Supervisors as required to implement work plan
o on-site and post-treatment quality inspections
o participates in ongoing training to maintain current building science understandings and program specific applications of the latest adjustments
o Mentor field staff as appropriate.
o Investigate customer concerns, utility questions and internal requests for on-site clarification.

· Ongoing coordination and communication with Supervisors and office support staff
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3 + years of experience conducting residential energy audits
- Highschool Degree or GED required
